Sequoia Mental Health Services provides supportive housing services for individuals and families experiencing chronic homelessness and live with severe and persistent mental health conditions. Services are designed to connect eligible clients with housing programs that promote long-term stability and recovery. The programs offer home and community-based services, including housing search and placement services, housing retention services and case management.
Available resources include the Shelter Plus Care (SPC) voucher, Regional Long-Term Rent Assistance (RLRA) and the Rental Assistance Program (RAP). Each housing option offers varying levels of support based on individual needs promote long-term stability and recovery.
Our team of Housing Case Managers assist with navigating the application process and provides continued support to help clients on their housing programs secure and maintain safe, affordable housing. Our Housing Case Managers can also complete housing assessments with any community member to determine what resources they may be eligible to receive.

Our Properties
As part of our mission to support individuals living with severe and persistent mental health conditions, Sequoia Mental Health Services provides independent, community-based housing options.
We manage four apartment complexes and two transitional homes, offering stable living environments that promote recovery and independence. These properties are funded through a combination of sources, including Housing and Urban Development (HUD) programs, HOME Investment Partnership Program loans, and Community Development Block Grants (CDBG).
